Property layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this new document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing various parts of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.
More images made public as part of the continuing oversight process.
