Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to build hype for the upcoming bout.
Former two time unified title holder Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge disparity - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to break his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I will genuinely try to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
In spite of those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his dramatics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British opponent Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the novice is still one of the sport's largest financial successes, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual confrontation, with their height and weight contrast on show, it drove home just how surprising this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is truly proceeding.
